The main objective of the company is to emerge as an industry & market leader in sIlicon& ASIC & embedded services and as a one-stop solution provider to the partners with high quality on-time delivery of the goods. The company is formed with 6 strong business units or verticals, namely – Design & Verification, Physical Design & SignOff, DFT, FPGA Design, Analog & Analog Layout, and Embedded software with which partners will be able to accelerate their product development and their innovations and meet partners time-to-market.
The company is capable of undertaking end-to-end design services in the silicon & ASIC & embedded space which involves specifications to RTL to Netlist to GDSII and under Embedded software – device driver modifications/development and application software for silicon and various products.

Founder and CEO
Suresh comes with 27+ years of experience in semiconductor industry with expertise in Front Design, Verification and STA. He was the Founder of Skandysys (Acquired by Marvel in 2022). Before Skandysys, he was Co-founder at Kromaspects which was acquired by Sankalp Semi in 2012. He has worked with multiple MNC’s before starting entrepreneur journey. Suresh will be responsible for overall management and strategic decisions related to engineering and business activities.
Pinkesh Shah
Co-Founder and Senior VP, Physical Design & DFT
Pinkesh has 20+ years of proficient experience in Physical Design from RTL2GDSII, Project management and implementation. He has worked with companies like Maxlinear, Western Digital, Samsung Semiconductor, Microchip, Open-Silicon. Pinkesh completed 40+ Tapeout in different technologies and foundries (TSMC, Samsung, UMC, SMIC and GF) ranging from 130nm to 4nm with 1st time silicon success. He has worked with cross-cultural teams across US, Spain, Canada, Israel and Malaysia
Co-Founder and Senior VP, Front-End Design
Girish has 27 years of industry experience in the semiconductor domain having successfully executed ASIC and FPGA projects. Girish worked as AVP in VVDN Technologies and was heading Bangalore 5G-data Center Group. Prior to VVDN, Girish built IP team at Mobiviel Technologies Pvt Ltd in Interconnect, Memory-Controller, Ethernet domains. He was Co-Founder of Manthan Semiconductor (Acquired by Ikanos Communication). Worked at GDA technologies, USA before getting into entrepreneur journey.
Anwar Hussain
Co-Founder and VP Global Sales
Anwar Hussain comes with over two decades of experience in Sales and Business Development in the Hi-Tech Sector. He is a consultative sales leader, with a record of significant wins and account growth in Product Engineering and IT services. Anwar has worked with organizations such as Eximius (acquired by Wipro Limited), Tata Elxsi, iGATE, L&T Tech Services where he was handling the Hi-Tech portfolio for VLSI and Embedded Software Consulting. He has worked across markets in India, US and APAC.
Co-Founder and VP – Digital Verification
Aravind Patil with 27 years of industry experience, brings in depth and breadth of expertise in the complete digital design and all aspects of ASIC and SOC development. Aravind built Memory Subsystem Design and Verification team in Intel and has successfully delivered GDDR7 TestChip/chiplet and GDDR6 Memory Subsystem for Discrete Graphics products. Prior to Intel, Aravind worked at Mobiveil, Rambus, Xilinx, Brocade (USA) and Ali Microelectronics (USA). His expertise in Architecture and Design of various memory and ethernet subsystems.
Co-Founder and VP – Digital Verification
Vineela Namireddy is a seasoned leader with 13+ yrs of experience, excelling in leadership, digital verification of complex SOC’s and processors. Prior to starting entrepreneurial journey, Vineela has worked with Cerium, Microchip and KPIT. She was remarkable in building cross functional team for multiple customers. She handled multiple engagements, closing working with customer, resulting in first pass silicon success
Director Talent Acquisition
Veena brings in 20yrs of experience semiconductor industry with HR & TA leadership roles in the areas of Recruitment Strategy Development & Process Optimization, Diversity & Inclusion in Recruitment, Competency Mapping & Profiling, Employee Branding Initiatives Veena brings a wealth of expertise in partnering with businesses to implement effective talent solutions across startups, captive organizations and global environments. Prior to joining XQWave, Veena was part of Marvell Semiconductors, heading University Recruiting –India Region, Employee engagement & Branding. She was also previously TA Director at Skandysys (acquired by Marvell), driving all aspects TA function.
